Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced event marketer to design, coordinate and execute event experience that deeply engages, educates and inspires our global user community. This role moves beyond traditional event logistics to focus on the Adoption and Renewal in customer buyer journey. You will be responsible for working with the Field marketing manager to adopt existing event formats and working with local team to foster a sense of belongings and value for software users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support field marketing manager to understand and seamlessly implement global/local event strategies in zone/countries and deliver event results.
- Hands-on manage event logistics in the event project—from vendor selection, topic/content engagement to booth design—with a critical eye on how each element impacts the user's perception and ease of engagement. Also oversee the digital UX in these key projects, ensuring platforms are easy to navigate, interactive, and provide data insights to support future nurturing.
- Architect the end-to-end user journey for all community events (virtual, in-person, hybrid), from first touchpoint to long-term follow-up.
- Conduct post-event "voice of the customer" analyses to understand user pain points and moments of delight, using these insights to drive continuous improvement and renewal of programs.
- Keep improving event cost efficiency and maximizing ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, or a related field.
- 5~8 years of experience in event marketing with a proven track record of designing attendee-centric experiences. Proven experience to execute event over 300- 500 ppl in Taiwan.
- Deep understanding of user journey mapping and principles of experience design.
- Exceptional facilitator with the ability to draw out insights from a technical audience and build genuine community.
- Proficiency with event technology platforms and a keen understanding of digital UX.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring sentiment and engagement.
- Capable to handle complicated internal and external communication
- Proficiency in professional speaking and writing in English.
