This role focuses on schedule management, expense reimbursement, visitor coordination, and official document administration, working closely with internal departments to support executive-level operations.

[Responsibilities]
1. Manage schedules and arrange meetings for designated senior executives.
2. Provide administrative support to the Executive Office.
3. Perform other special assignments as directed by the Executive Office.
4. Handle corporate card usage and expense reimbursement processes for designated senior executives, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
5. Manage and maintain both electronic and hard-copy official documents to ensure proper filing, compliance, and traceability.
[工作內容]
1. 管理高階主管的日程安排和會議。
2. 為高階主管辦公室提供行政支援。
3. 執行高階主管辦公室安排的其他專案任務。
4. 協助高階主管的公司信用卡使用管理和費用報銷流程,確保流程準確、完整並符合公司政策。
5. 管理和維護電子和紙本公文,落實標準化歸檔作業與確保文件的合規性與可追溯性。
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1. High level of security awareness, strong sense of responsibility, and punctuality.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
3. Korean and English language proficiency preferred.
4. Previous experience in administrative, executive assistant, or secretary roles.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
7. Good communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
1. 重視資訊安全與機密維護,工作態度嚴謹、守時且具強烈責任心。
2. 精通 MS Office 辦公軟體(PowerPoint, Excel, Word)。
3. 具備韓文與英文溝通能力者優先錄取。
4. 具備行政、行政助理、高階主管助理或秘書相關工作經驗。
5. 具備細心且優秀的組織規劃能力。
6. 能同時處理多項行政任務,並維持高品質的檔案與紀錄準確度。
7. 具備良好的溝通與協調能力,能與跨部門團隊有效協作。
