【Responsibilities and Tasks】
Support ERP transformation program management strategy planning, program management office execution and follow-ups, and also cross functional program alignment.
Partnership with IT solution architect, factory team, ERP Transformation change management lead, business power users and value stream lead, as well as related function leads to facilitate ERP transformation deployment projects from initiation through delivery with assigned work stream and functional lead responsibility. Focus on delivery standard platform capability to business users, ensuing adoption from business to understand how to operation with future platform and enable required capability through working close to GT team.
Ensure quality platform solution deployment through design, testing, validation and migration protocol and knowledge transfer to operational receiver.

【Qualifications and Experience】
•Hard skills on SAP functional area as consulting skills
•Soft skills on project management as communication, schedule and scope management and risk managements.
•Cross functional communication experience
•Plan view / Microsoft Projects or similar project management tools experience
