職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Role:
This role will be to support TWN customer center to achieve high adoption of the C4C CRM tool and use the tool effectively. Make sure that all TWN customer center users are trained in the system and kept informed about changes to the system. Support the Customer Centers in setting up and maintaining sales processes that are supported through the CRM tool.
Job Description
1. Be the ambassador of C4C CRM System and its processes within TWN customer center.
2. Regular check on system behavior, reporting bugs, interaction with ERP system (SAP)
3. Regular check on data quality, data cleansing and corrections to maximize the marketing data usage
4. Leads management.
5. Reporting – prepare CRM reports
6. Continuous self-education
7. Be responsible for C4C user trainings, coaching and support.
8. Work closely with BLM and sales teams on C4C needs
9. Manage communication internally on new functionalities, train on any new C4C implementation or functions
10. Proactive communication with the CRM global team and other CRM leads worldwide
11. Support testing of C4C new releases and upgrades
Experience requirements
1. Working experience: 3~5 years of experience
2. A good understanding of the customer center sales and marketing dynamics.
3. Education background: Business and Management is preferred.
4. Fluency in English is a must,
5. Analytical thinking - understand the data importance
6. Good level of presentation skills

依工作需求,可以直接從住家到客戶端工作。
