Color Matching & Quality Control

Review and approve color for physical parts from ODMs and suppliers
*Ensure consistency and accuracy across components and product builds
*Support color issue resolution working with CMF technical team during *development and production phases
*Maintain high standards for color appearance and surface quality

Vendor & Execution Support
*Work closely with ODMs and suppliers on daily execution tasks
*Drive alignment on color expectations, tolerances, and approvals
*Support CMF designers by owning execution-heavy workflows

Process & Documentation Management
*Develop and improve color documentation systems and standards
*Establish scalable workflows to support growing product complexity
*Enhance processes to support new AI-enabled product development models

Digital Color Development (Future-Facing)
*Support development of digital color twins for improved accuracy and speed
*Review and validate digital color simulations and image outputs
*Enable integration of digital workflows into CMF and product development processes

Library & Asset Management
*Manage approved CMSP records and standards
*Maintain and organize the physical color/material library
*Ensure traceability between digital records and physical samples

*Experience in CMF design, color development, or color quality engineering
*Strong understanding of color matching, materials, and surface finishes
*Experience working with ODMs, suppliers, and manufacturing processes
*Familiarity with color measurement tools, standards, and QA processes
*Knowledge of digital color workflows or interest in AI-enabled design processes is a plus
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple components and programs
