職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
5–7+ years of hardware development experience, preferably in platform or system-level product development.
Experience with server platforms is highly preferred.
Prior experience working with an ODM/OEM environment is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from development through product launch.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading platform development programs for server, enterprise, or data center products.
Familiarity with hardware development processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing readiness.
Ability to coordinate effectively across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
