Key Responsibilities:

-Python Application & Scripting: Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications and automation tools tailored to meet the Google Pixel xTS team's strategic objectives.
-Workflow Optimization: Create internal utilities and bespoke tools to automate routine tasks, significantly improving the team's operational efficiency and productivity.
-Technical Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate complex needs into technical specifications, and deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.
-System Performance & Stability: Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure maximum stability, performance, and scalability across all xTS workflows.
-Quality & Transparency: Interface with external development teams (e.g., Isabel’s team) to ensure technical accuracy and maintain transparency in all project deliverables.

Key Requirements:

-Professional Development Expertise: Proven professional experience in software development, with a mastery of Python and its associated libraries/frameworks.
-Automation & Tooling: Strong track record of building custom tools and scripts that solve real-world operational bottlenecks.
-System Architecture Mindset: Ability to not just "write code," but to optimize systems for long-term stability and scalability.
-Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional requirements and justify technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
-[Plus Point] QA & Test Automation: Experience contributing to the enhancement of test automation frameworks (STLC) is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
