Key Responsibilities
1.) Commodity Supply Management
o Ensure supply continuity to support demand
o Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
o Data Analysis & Reporting
2.) Project Participation
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain and operational projects - Comfortable working across global teams and diverse cultures.
o Support project planning, execution, and reporting.
o Contribute insights to improve supply chain resilience and efficiency.
3.) Process Improvement & Tool Development (not must)
o Create and maintain Excel-based tools to automate reporting, data analysis, and supplier tracking.
o Design and implement advanced Excel-based tools (macros, VBA scripts, dashboards) to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Qualifications
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros). PBI.
o Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
o Experience in global supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
o Project management experience preferred.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
