[Team/Position Description]
Client Operation plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of LINE’s digital advertising campaigns. We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in digital ad operations and strong process management skills.
You will be responsible for driving workflow optimization, from client-side onboarding to backend execution, and ensuring that new product features or regulations are efficiently integrated into daily operations. Your ability to manage complexity and collaborate across functions will directly impact campaign success and internal efficiency.

[Responsibilities]
1. Process Solution Expertise
l Manage and improve end-to-end ad operation workflows from client request to backend execution.
l Integrate new product features or policy updates into existing processes efficiently.
l Identify and resolve pain points proactively.

2. Client Management & Execution
l Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries throughout the campaign lifecycle.
l Ensure smooth coordination across sales, planning, and operations to meet campaign timelines.
l Address and resolve client-side issues through process-driven solutions.

3. Ad Campaign Onboarding & Compliance
l Guide clients through ad submission, approval, and compliance processes.
l Ensure campaigns align with LINE's guidelines and advertising policies.

4. Financial & Administrative Operations
l Handle billing, PO tracking, and settlement processes accurately and on time.
Ensure operational documentation and administrative records are complete and audit-ready.

l 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations with strong workflow and guideline knowledge.
l Quick learner, able to adapt to product or policy changes and integrate into processes.
l Skilled in identifying issues and improving workflows through benchmarking.
l Effective communicator with clients, sales, and cross-functional teams.
l Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in English
l Experience in platform operation or migration is a plus.
