The Contract Packaging Engineering Support role will provide day-to-day support for Taiwan CBG packaging engineering activities to ensure business continuity after the current contract worker’s departure.
The main purpose of this role is to support Taiwan CBG packaging projects, project follow-up, documentation activities, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Support Taiwan CBG packaging engineering activities under the direction of the packaging engineering team.
• Follow up on active Taiwan CBG packaging projects and help track progress, status, and open actions.
• Support documentation preparation, updates, and maintenance related to packaging engineering activities.
• Coordinate with Taiwan stakeholders, packaging engineers, and relevant support teams to collect and confirm required information.
• Support communication and follow-up with GSC teams for packaging standard-related activities, as needed.
• Provide limited packaging design support, if appropriate based on business needs and candidate capability

• Packaging engineering or packaging technical support knowledge
• Documentation management skills
• Ability to summarize issues, status, and next actions clearly
• Good communication skills in Chinese and business-level English (appropriate use of AI tool is acceptable if needed).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to learn and follow internal systems and processes
