[Responsibilities]
* Client Pitching & Strategy: Lead end-to-end proposal development and pitch innovative marketing strategies for general clients across various industries.
* Content Curation & Planning: Lead content curation applications and planning across diverse verticals, including sports, entertainment, and lifestyle, delivering tailored content marketing proposals and solutions for clients.
* Market Education: Conduct internal product training, develop product best practices, and drive market education initiatives.
* AI-Driven Insights: Discover consumer insights and develop comprehensive marketing strategies by leveraging data analytics and AI tools.
* Performance Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, utilizing AI-driven insights to develop proactive optimization and improvement plans.

Basic Qualifications
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, brand marketing, or trade marketing.
* Passion & Pitching: Proven track record in proposal writing and client pitching, with a strong passion for studying Tech & Creative showcases.
* Digital & AI Literacy: Proficient in various digital marketing tools, MarTech trends, and emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI for content creation, AI-driven data analysis tools).
* Work Attitude: Positive, responsible, and highly organized with a strong passion for continuous learning.
* Soft Skills: A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
