．Lead the technical strategy and development roadmap for Embedded Software and Android Platform solutions.
．Manage multiple software engineering teams, including resource planning, capability development, and talent management.
．Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements, architecture and design through implementation, validation, and delivery.
．Lead development and integration of AOSP, Android Framework, BSP, and system-level software.
．Drive continuous improvement in software quality, development efficiency, and Quality / Cost / Delivery (QCD).
．Collaborate with System Engineering, Project Management, customers, and technology partners on technical development and integration.
．Manage major technical issues, project risks, delivery commitments, and customer escalations.

1. 15+ years of experience in software development / embedded software, including 5+ years in engineering leadership or management.
2. Strong technical background in C/C++/Java and embedded software development.
3. Solid knowledge of Android Framework, AOSP, System Services, HAL, HIDL/AIDL, and Binder IPC.
4. Hands-on experience with BSP, Linux Kernel, and SoC platforms.
5. Experience in SoC/Platform bring-up, boot, power management, performance optimization, and hardware/software integration.
6. Previous experience as a Software/System Architect for complex embedded systems.
7. Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technology roadmaps, resource planning, and large-scale software delivery.
8. Experience in Automotive, IVI, Infotainment, or Android Automotive OS (AAOS) is highly preferred.
9. Knowledge of ASPICE, Agile/Scrum, V-Model, SOME/IP, HIL/SIL, or automotive software development processes is a plus.
