Job Description
ASML is looking for high-impact technical talent to join our Manufacturing DUV XT team in Linkou! In this role, you will act as a technical problem owner, driving root-cause analysis, system troubleshooting, and performance restoration under production pressure.

- Technical Ownership: End-to-end resolution of XT system disturbances using structured troubleshooting and data-driven analysis.
- System-Level Problem Solving: Analyze mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems to provide clear technical recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Best-Known Methods (BKM) and initiate actions to enhance system stability and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, and Development teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Physics, or related engineering fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, production, or engineering environments.
- Hands-on experience in complex system troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Strong ownership, logical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent Chinese & English communication skills for technical discussions and global documentation.
