⚫Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from hiring intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and onboarding handoff.
⚫Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
⚫Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
⚫Screen and assess candidates and provide clear recommendations to hiring teams.
⚫Provide talent-market insights and advise stakeholders on talent availability, hiring risks, and market competitiveness.
⚫Maintain proactive communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR throughout the hiring process.
⚫Ensure accurate and timely management of requisitions and candidate information in TA systems.
⚫Monitor recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
⚫Support employer branding promotion on social media, employee referrals, campus/internship hiring or projects and other TA initiatives as needed.

*年薪：$600000~$900000

【加分條件】
具備招募經驗3年以上，半導體/製造業相關為優先
具備英文溝通能力
