【工作內容】
 Processing orders (include normal order, consignment order) via phone or mail, email, fax, or EDI, as well as handling and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and expedient manner.
 Closely coordinate with territory sales managers to meet customer's requirements and support monthly & quarterly sales target accomplishment.
 Handle customer queries, product complaints, recalls and exchange.
 Execute daily operations including products receiving, storage, inventory management according to Abbott's SOPs
 Coordinate multi-functional issue resolution to troubleshoot errors between SAP/WMS interface/ systems and physical products.
 Perform inventory counts including consignment count and warehouse count and adjust SAP inventory per the count result
 Collaborate with 3PL to manage the consignment replenishment fill up in a timely manner
 Any ad.hoc assigned by manager


【加分條件】
-Junior CS背景或對CS工作有興趣者
-細心、有耐心，能閱讀SOP與文件資料
-穩定度高，具良好溝通與協調能力
-人際互動佳，可與業務單位合作溝通
-具基本英文書寫能力（需英文Email溝通）
-熟悉文書作業（Word／Excel／PowerPoint）


【上班時間/休假】
。每週五天、共 40 小時，並提供彈性上下班方案 周休二日
。各類休假均符合或優於《勞動基準法》規定。不補班、員工每年享有額外holiday 給薪假

【薪資】
50,000-55,000(依工作經驗核薪)
。薪資依績效表現調整，優秀員工可獲得相對獎勵
。每年固定年終獎金，並依職務類別職等提供不同的績效獎酬計畫
