Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule onsite/virtual interviews with a keen eye for detail.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates and interviewers, providing updates and information to improve their experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for candidates.
- Assist in all aspects of the recruitment cycle.
- Work alongside team members to contribute to innovative Talent Acquisition projects.

Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm and a drive for continuous learning and development.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Administrator, preferably within a large corporate or multinational organization.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Proficiency in prioritization and multitasking.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Skilled in using Google Suite tools such as Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Experience with ATS, preferably Workday, is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is highly valued.
