1. 福利補助活動受理
2. 三節禮券採購與發放
3. 行政財務管理
- Manage and track EWC budgets / finance report / file tax / issue and track PO
- Manage employee travel submission expenses
- Coordinate EWC meeting.
- Contact supplier, initiate vendor code creation
- Contact government agencies for regulatory compliance
- Assist holding events
(每週工作3天)
需求條件 / Key Requirements
福委會助理,對辦活動或挑禮品有興趣,熱情/細心/積極/願意學習
Requirements:
- Familiar with MS Office, Outlook emailing/ meeting invitation function, Excel formula
- Min 2 years working experiences in administrative related functions
- English proficient
- Ever held different events is plus
