職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
- Support meetings, conferences, and travels arrangement for direct managers
- Sales and administrative support to sales team
- Provide supports on internal and external events and activities
- 協助處理部門行政及業務相關事務,包括業務部門訂單處理、客戶資料維護、業務銷售相關報表的提供及主管交辦事宜或部門後勤支援等
- 活動的規劃及執行
- 其他交辦事務
需求條件 / Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree with at least 1 year of experience in Administrative, Sales, or Secretarial support
- Good English proficiency
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good team spirit
