職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
【工作內容】
1. Lead and develop channel strategy and identify business issues and opportunity to grow.
2. Assist to develop and execute shopper marketing strategy focused on finding the right assortment, merchandising, price management distribution and strategic channel for respective categories.
3. Develop merchandising guideline (&POSM) and maximize the category brand message and key visuals into online/offline touchpoints to maximize Philip brands visibility.
4. Closely work with Sales team to partner with retailers on development of customer specific marketing programs to grow business together.
5. Plan and manage Trade spend or promotion fund effectively and within budget.
6. Ensure excellent trade execution for all shopper marketing activities and continuous improvement through regular promotion evaluation and feedbacks.
【具備條件】
1. 大學畢業
2. 熟MS Office軟體
3. 2年以上相關通路行銷企劃經驗
4. 細心、耐心、具備良好溝通能力
5. 英文讀寫OK
【薪資區間】
月薪45,000元~60,000元/月,依經驗核薪
【上班時間】
09:00-18:00 見紅就休

臺北市大安區仁愛路3段136號(大安/忠孝復興)
