(1) Contributes to Sales team to drive the contract renewal business while working closely with Sales and BD.
(2) To increase customer satisfaction through proactive client contact, accuracy & good turnaround time.
(3) Interacts as required with cross-functional organizations and Partners.

(3) Ability in problem solving and decision making.
