職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Reports To: HR Services Line Manager, Employee Lifecycle
Support Region: across Greater China Region (including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau).
Job Content:
- Support employee data transaction requests and verify data input in multiple HR tools (e.g., mainly SAP) for employee lifecycle processes
- Conduct payroll data audit, and collaborate with Finance, Tax and HR stakeholders to reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies to compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues, payroll issues and liaise with Engineering team or external vendors for resolution.
- Support employee life cycle process transformation and participate in the local and Global HR projects (eg. HR Digitalization, Pay Transformation)
- Facilitate FTE with analyzing, implementing, and continuously improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Implement process automation and digital solutions where applicable using PowerApps, Copilot and all applicable tools
- Assist in documenting desktop procedures and knowledge base and maintaining up-to-date processes
- Handle employee and manager inquiries with professionalism
- Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for performance review, business insights and data audits.
- Facilitate key ROB and regular team meetings
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Services Delivery, HRIS, project management and payroll related experience is preferred.
• Process improvement and Project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize.
• Administrative experience supporting multiple regions and/or businesses.
• Independent working ability and work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
