Reports To: HR Services Line Manager, Employee Lifecycle
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Specialist to manage and optimize HR data processes across Greater China Region (including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau). This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity across HR systems. The ideal candidate shall have strong technical skills, a passion for data, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
Job Content:
HR Data Management:
• Maintain and update employee records, support data transaction requests and verify data input in multiple HR tools (e.g., mainly SAP) for employee lifecycle processes
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations and within the designated KPI & SLA
• Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities.
• Troubleshoot and report data integrity, security, or privacy issues to senior team members with proactive solution
• Partner with engineering teams or external vendors to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for performance review, business insights and data audits.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new tools or modules.
• Handle employee and manager inquiries with professionalism, through case management systems, phone calls, live chats, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism. Uphold strict data privacy and confidentiality standards
Other Support:
- Maintain and update desktop procedures, process documentation (e.g., mail templates, check-out list), and knowledge base articles in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR data management or HRIS administration.
• Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and Excel or other data tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize.
• Administrative experience supporting multiple regions and/or businesses.
• Independent working ability and work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
