職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Director to lead a newly formed financial planning team, established to support our enterprise-wide transformation. This position plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making, enhancing financial governance, and shaping long-term strategic direction across the organization.
Reporting directly into executive accounting leadership, this role partners with Business Groups (BG) and Business Units (BU) to strengthen financial performance and support business transformation across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Risk Management
Establish and manage standardized budget planning processes and reporting templates
Coordinate the reporting cycle and ensure timely delivery of reports to stakeholders
Identify financial risks and lead proactive planning to mitigate variances
2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow
Oversee BU-level budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure alignment of budgets with transformation goals and performance targets
Drive cash flow forecasting and ensure operating liquidity
Continuously improve financial efficiency and lead digital transformation efforts
3. Performance Review & Business Partnering
Lead monthly financial reviews and variance analysis
Develop and manage recovery plans for underperformance
Act as a financial partner to BG/BU leaders, providing insights and process improvements
Collaborate across teams to support enterprise-level strategic alignment
4. Transformation Performance Management
Design benefit estimation frameworks for strategic initiatives
Monitor and review financial impact of transformation projects
Lead KPI development, scorecard tracking, and realization progress monitoring
5. Strategic Financial Planning
Serve as an advisor to BU leaders in long-term financial planning
Lead financial assessments of M&A and capital investment opportunities
Provide tax planning strategies, with a focus on cross-border operations and compliance
6. Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team
Support individual development planning for team members
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
2. 10+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years of team leadership
3. Solid background in consumer electronics or manufacturing industry is required
4. Big Four CPA qualification is a strong plus
5. Proven experience in financial management, tax planning, and cross-border operations
6. Strong command of both English and Mandarin
7. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
8. Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with global and regional teams
