職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. Target Sourcing: Conduct industry research aligned with business units and identify potential investment or M&A targets.
2. Investment/M&A Execution: Support end-to-end transaction processes, including pre-investment due diligence, financial and business analysis, and preparation of evaluation reports.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth execution of investment/M&A projects.
4. Post-Investment Support: Assist in post-investment operations, track project performance, and contribute to value creation and synergy realization.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1. At least 5 years of experience in investment or M&A transactions, with hands-on exposure to full transaction processes.
2. Strong financial modeling and business analysis skills for evaluating investment and M&A opportunities.
3. Familiarity with the electronics manufacturing industry; experience in corporate investment, venture capital, investment banking, or financial advisory is a plus.
4. Fluent in English and willing to travel domestically or internationally for short-term assignments.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively with colleagues at all levels and external partners.
6. Travel Requirement: Short-term domestic and overseas travel as needed.
