1. Strong background in finance and accounting, familiar with financial statements, business analysis, internal controls, taxation, and relevant regulations
2. Minimum 3 years of management experience as a finance or accounting manager in a publicly listed company
3. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational improvements
4. Preferably 3+ years experience at a Big Four accounting firm
Job Preview & Career Development:
The Finance & Accounting team comprises about 20 professionals, organized into Accounting, Treasury, and Sales Accounting departments. This role is a management trainee position with rotational assignments across these departments and reports directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate should demonstrate high stability and loyalty. While manufacturing industry experience is preferred, candidates from other industries are also welcome.
