What you’ll do:
1. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for global AEP operations
2. Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams to drive profitability and project ROI
3. Conduct market and customer analysis to identify new business opportunities
4. Support overseas expansion efforts (US/Poland/Vietnam) with financial insights
5. Implement digital finance tools to enhance real-time reporting and control
需求條件 / Key Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
1. Solid background in finance, accounting, or business development
2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or high-tech industries
3. Strong knowledge of budget control, forecasting, and business planning
4. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
5. Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or automation tools is a plus
6. Experience in automotive electronics or OEM/ODM manufacturing is highly preferred
