職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations at regional plants, acting as the primary finance authority.
2. Drive the preparation of annual budgets, P&L analysis, and cost analysis, providing accurate insights to support management decisions.
3. Partner with plant managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial planning, operational alignment, and performance monitoring.
4. Manage cost structures and investment evaluation, providing financial models and ROI analyses for capital and operational projects.
5. Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and international accounting standards.
6. Supervise treasury management, tax compliance, and internal control processes to safeguard company assets.
7. Take a leadership role in ERP/financial systems implementation, process optimization, and reporting automation projects.
8. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
2. five+ years of solid work experience in the US and/or Mexico, with proven leadership in finance.
3. Strong background in manufacturing or large corporate group finance.
4. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, P&L management, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
5. Familiarity with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and experience in system implementation or optimization preferred.
6. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively between local operations and corporate headquarters.
7. Willingness to be based in or relocate to the US/Mexico region.
