職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. IPO Filing & Compliance
- Lead the preparation and submission of SEC filings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Collaborate closely with auditors, investment banks, and legal advisors to support due diligence and listing requirements.
- Establish and oversee internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks to meet public company standards.
2. Investor Communication
- Shape and communicate the company’s equity story, value proposition, and long-term growth strategy to the capital markets.
- Oversee the preparation of IPO roadshow materials, financial presentations, and investor Q&A.
- Act as the primary financial spokesperson for investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
3. Capital Market Readiness
- Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on U.S. market expectations, investor sentiment, and valuation drivers.
- Benchmark against peer companies and industry leaders to support IPO positioning.
- Ensure ongoing readiness for life as a public company, including quarterly reporting, disclosure standards, and investor relations programs.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
2. 10+ years of progressive finance or capital markets experience, with direct involvement in U.S. IPO preparation.
3. In-depth knowledge of SEC filing requirements, U.S. GAAP, and SOX compliance.
4. Demonstrated success in investor communications and IPO roadshow execution.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
