職務說明 – EHS工程師(不需掛牌)
1. 職務目的:
負責監督與執行辦公室區域之安全巡檢、異常回報、與改善結果確認,確保辦公室電器使用安全並降低火災風險,協助防火管理人推動執行消防防護計畫。
2. 範圍
職責範圍以辦公室區域的安全巡檢、火災預防、異常回報、改善結果確認及協助辦理消防演練為主要工作內容;須確保巡檢工作依公司防火計畫與台灣消防法規落實執行。
3. 職責
A. 辦公室每日巡檢:執行每日巡檢,對辦公室區域內涉及危險或可能引發火災的電器設施、設備及環境進行巡查。
B. 異常通報與改善追蹤:針對可能影響辦公室安全的電器使用異常狀況,及時向EHS主管及相關部門通報異常情況;協助確認改善措施的落實情況。
C. 紀錄與文件管理:每日依規定完成巡檢紀錄表;定期匯總並提交檢查報告供EHS主管與相關單位審閱與存檔。
D. 協助辦理緊急疏散:協助EHS主管及防火管理人依消防防護計畫推動防火安全並協助辦理公司消防演練。
E. 配合內外部稽核與消防單位檢查:協助EHS主管及防火管理人配合主管機關或其他內外部稽核單位進行之防火稽核與檢查。
Job Description – EHS Engineer (no designation required)
1. Purpose
Monitor and execute safety inspections in office areas, report abnormalities, and verify corrective actions to ensure safe use of electrical equipment and reduce fire risk. Assist the Fire Prevention Manager in implementing the company’s Fire Protection Plan.
2. Scope
Primary responsibilities include office-area safety inspections, fire prevention, abnormality reporting, verification of corrective results, and assisting with fire drills. Patrols must be performed in accordance with the company’s Fire Protection Plan and Taiwan fire regulations.
3. Responsibilities
A. Daily office inspections
Conduct daily inspections of office areas, focusing on electrical appliances/equipment and environmental conditions that may pose hazards or lead to fire.
B. Abnormality reporting & corrective follow-up
Promptly report electrical-use abnormalities or other conditions that could affect office safety to the EHS Supervisor and relevant departments; assist in tracking and confirming implementation of corrective measures.
C. Recordkeeping & documentation
Complete the daily inspection checklist as required; regularly compile and submit inspection reports for review and archiving by the EHS Supervisor and related units.
D. Support emergency evacuation
Assist the EHS Supervisor and Fire Prevention Manager in promoting fire safety per the Fire Protection Plan and in organizing company fire drills.
E. Support audits & authority inspections
Assist the EHS Supervisor and Fire Prevention Manager with internal/external audits and inspections conducted by competent authorities or other audit bodies related to fire safety.

資格條件
1. 具備職業安全管理與火源管理的基本知識。
2. 有職安衛證照或防火管理證照佳,不需掛牌或向政府報備
3. 做事細心、負責,能主動發現並通報問題。
4. 熟悉日常辦公室運作與常見設備者佳。
5. 具良好溝通能力。
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and fire source management.
• EHS or Fire Safety Manager certification is a plus; no designation/roster listing or government filing is required.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in identifying and reporting issues.
• Familiarity with daily office operations and common equipment is an advantage.
• Good communication skills
