職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The Wearables Hardware Engineering Program Specialist (HW EPS) team supports all the Wearables Hardware Products across Meta from New Technology Introduction (NTI) to shipping products. As an APAC HW EPS, your top priority will be partnering
with US HW EPS to manage vendors in APAC and support hardware distribution logistics.
This role requires strong communication skills and attention to details as you will be working with purchase orders, invoices and distribution orders internally and externally. Being responsive, managing and keeping track of information are extremely critical to the success of this role.
Responsibilities - Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders - Support budget management and invoicing - Support shipping and distribution logistics - Manage multiple programs concurrently.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in procurement/logistics - Experience in procurement, finance, international shipping, working with vendors in APAC - Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors and time zones
Top 3 non-negotiable must skills:
● Proficient in spreadsheets – Formulas, datamining etc.
● Procurement and logistics background
● Strong communication skills – proficient in both English and Mandarin
Number of years’ experience? ● 3-5 years
● Responsiveness
● Team player – as they will be working with a lot of different teams
● Able to work independently with minimum guidance
● High level direction provided – Able to investigate and find solutions to resolve the task with no guidance required
● Ability to identify risk – if there is any risk they foresee, they should flag asap and not wait till it becomes a bigger issue/escalation.
