Key Responsibilities
• Maintain product data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Analyze product costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Support value engineering and cost reduction initiatives
• Partner with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams on product development activities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for business decision-making
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and data governance initiatives
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Education
• BS or MS in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience (3–5 years) in one of multiple areas below
• Manufacturing operations
• Product Data Management (PDM/PLM)
• Cost analysis and reporting
• Value Engineering (VE) / Cost Reduction
• Business systems or data management
• PC product development or New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain operations
Preferred Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI, Tableau, or SQL experience is a plus
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
• Tool or System development
• Experience working in a fast-paced product development or technology environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
