職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Commodity Strategy
• Implement global commodity strategies based on business needs and market analysis.
• Align and ensure procurement strategies are documented, approved, and applied across business areas.
• Define sourcing strategy for TW and local suppliers.
2. Supplier Management & Development
• Own and drive the supplier management process (qualification, evaluation, segmentation, development).
• Ensure suppliers meet quality, sustainability (incl. EHS), and compliance requirements.
• Define and monitor supplier performance improvement plans and risk mitigation actions.
3. Supplier Selection & Sourcing Decisions
• Ensure structured sourcing decisions based on standardized criteria (cost, quality, risk, sustainability).
• Select preferred suppliers / strategic partners in line with strategy.
• Conduct or lead RFQ processes, supplier comparisons, and award recommendations.
4. Contracting & Negotiation
• Lead frame contract and long-term agreement negotiations.
• Define commercial terms to achieve best value (cost, risk, service level).
• Ensure contract compliance with procurement policies and approval mandates.
5. Cost Optimization & Value Creation
• Identify and implement cost reduction / cost avoidance initiatives.
• Drive pooling synergies (leveraging global volumes).
• Contribute to business profitability through value engineering and sourcing strategies.
6. Risk Management & Compliance
• Identify procurement risks (supply, financial, geopolitical, ESG).
• Establish mitigation measures and monitor execution.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements and sustainability standards.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration with Engineering, Quality / SQD, Finance / Controlling and Project Management
• Support early procurement involvement in projects and proposals.
8. Procurement Governance & Reporting
• Support governance initiatives (e.g., process frameworks, control requirements).
• Act as expert for procurement policies, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy for procurement KPIs.
• Monitor, savings, supplier performance and compliance metrics.

- Good knowledge in sourcing and supply chain management.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
- Good time management with the ability to multitask competing priorities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and schedules, including needs of the organization.
- Mid-level people skill and communication skills.
- Minimum 3-year purchasing experience, preferred in indirect material.
- Familiar with P2P process.
This is a long-term contract assignment, and we are looking for candidates who can work in the role with long-term stability.
