職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
A leading Taiwan-based family office under a prominent investment holding group is seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to drive its multi-asset investment strategy. This is a rare opportunity to lead diversified assets, including equities, fixed income, hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investments, with potential exposure to real estate and private credit. This is a confidential senior-level opportunity offering direct influence on investment strategy and exposure to global markets.
In this role, you will:
1. Develop and execute global multi-asset investment strategies, including equities, fixed income, hedge funds, private equity, alternative assets, and real estate/private credit opportunities.
2. Lead and mentor a small team of investment professionals, providing guidance on portfolio construction, risk management, and asset allocation.
3. Collaborate with the Investment Committee and senior stakeholders to make strategic investment decisions aligned with the family office’s long-term objectives.
4. Monitor and evaluate investment performance, market trends, and geopolitical risks to optimize portfolio returns.
5. Identify and assess global investment opportunities, including cross-border deals and alternative investment structures.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1. 10+ years of experience in investment management, asset allocation, or portfolio management, ideally with a family office, pension fund, or endowment fund.
2. Proven track record managing large-scale portfolios (USD 500M+) with strong risk-adjusted returns.
3. Deep knowledge of global markets, macroeconomics, and geopolitical risks.
4. Leadership experience, capable of guiding investment teams and participating in high-level strategic discussions.
5. CFA or CAIA designation is a plus; MBA from a top-tier business school preferred.
