職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Role Summary
The SCHIE Logistics Coordinator manages the end-to-end movement of hardware for Microsoft’s SCHIE labs — from supplier shipment intake through customs clearance to final delivery. This role ensures hardware arrives on time, with full documentation, and in compliance with trade/security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
• Collect shipment forecasts from manufacturing PM / Dev PM / Material PM teams ahead of capacity constraints
Shipping & Receiving Operations
• Process international and domestic shipments; validate CI/PL documentation against PO and trade compliance requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers on pre-alerts, carrier/forwarder selection, and Microsoft shipping account instructions
• Execute outbound shipments
Trade & Customs Coordination
• Review CI/PL for completeness (HTS, COO, manufacturer PN, unit price, data sheet) prior to shipment
• Route documentation to Trade/Compliance for classification/tariff review
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain operations
• Working knowledge of international shipping (incoterms DAP/FCA/EXW, CI/PL documentation, customs clearance)
• Strong attention to detail — ability to validate trade documentation (HTS, COO, PN accuracy)
• Excellent written communication for supplier/carrier coordination
Preferred Qualifications
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience coordinating freight forwarders
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent critical-urgency requests under time pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
