1.Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors, strategic partners, and global investment communities.
2.Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with investors and key external stakeholders.
3.Identify and originate investment opportunities through market intelligence, industry networking, and strategic partnerships.
4.Conduct investment screening, commercial and financial analysis, due diligence, and prepare investment recommendations.
5.Design appropriate investment structures and assist in negotiating transaction terms.
6.Perform industry research and market analysis with particular focus on emerging technologies and strategic industries.
7.Review investment documentation and coordinate internal approval processes across the Group.
8.Prepare high-quality investment presentations, fundraising materials, and investor communications.
9.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of investment projects.
10.Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and fundraising activities across international markets.

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Corporate Investment, or Fundraising.
3.Strong understanding of investment analysis, financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment structures.
4.Experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital raising, or institutional investor management.
5.Proven ability to conduct industry research and evaluate investment opportunities.
6.Excellent analytical thinking, presentation, and project management skills.
7.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.
8.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
9.Fluent English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with international investors and business partners.
10.Additional foreign language proficiency (Japanese or other languages) is a plus.
11. Willingness to travel internationally for short business trips (approximately one week at a time) to the United States, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, and other key fundraising markets.
