We have a great opportunity for a Talent Sourcer to drive the acquisition of talent for our Great China Region (GCR).
In this role your focus is to identify, map, approach and assess talents across all GCR locations. Working closely with our Recruiters you will research the markets and build relationships with external talent for current and pipeline roles.

Responsibilities
• Proactively map organisations and markets within GCR to identify the best talents and generate strong market knowledge and intelligence
• Build innovative and market leading candidate sourcing plans to attract the best talent
• Provide quality, customised and diverse long-lists and shortlists for open roles and pipelines / projects
• Drive exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer ensuring robust communication at each stage
• Generate powerful data-driven insights to present to the business and hiring teams to lead consultation and outstanding hiring outcomes
Qualifications
• 8+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role
• Significant experience of direct sourcing strategies and proactive market mapping through online and interactive methods
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Data curious with experience using data and insights to consult and tell the full story
• Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure
