職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Main duties:
• The candidate will be responsible for pre-released material management, including shipping support, check-in & check-out material from sample hub, providing inventory reports, monitoring inventory status to maintain data accuracy.
• The candidate will work with stakeholders to ensure legacy pre-released engineering samples from 3rd party are reviewed and retrieved periodically.
• Support quarterly inventory cycle count.
• Co-work with internal teams for system model creation & data upload.
• Facilitate pre-released engineering sample scrapping process.
• Facilitate NCC controlled asset tracking, shipping and scrapping.
• Provide pre-released material guidelines or policy training to lab users.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in administration / commerce / other equivalent Diploma and/or degree from an accredited university.
• Basic knowledge about silicon (CPU, GPU, PCH) is a plus.
• 2 years inventory management or shipment experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and flexible to switch function with short notice.
• Good conflict management skills. Able to look for common ground and helpful solutions.
• Ability to deal with unexpected situation and minimum support.
• Good presentation skills (both verbal & written); able to address issue or deliver training in public.
• Fluent English abilities (including writing and speaking).
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, setting priorities and working under aggressive timelines.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in team environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
• Great attention to detail.
