職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization.
• Responsibilities include assisting supervisory and nonsupervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.
• Coordinates work within the supporting teams and with other departments, both internal and possibly external to the company.
• Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment.
• Team event support and coordination.
• Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.

• Basic MS Office tool usage
• Fluent English speaking and writing capability
• Has the ability to work with multiple issues to support more than one employee’s general administrative needs.
• Team work
• Good communication skill with team member
• Working Experience: At least one year of experience in supporting or administrative role
