職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
主要職責:
1. 日常薪酬管理工作:完成各項薪資、獎金的會計、發放,並每月編製報表。 (考勤、獎金、薪水、各項保險)
2. 派遣薪資結算及管理
3. 勞健保相關業務及團體保險的辦理及管理
4. 考勤及薪酬制度的規劃及實施
5. 根據法律法規,及時修訂並實施薪資制度及管理辦法
6. 其他專案工作:例如獎金設計、方法制定等
基本要求:
1. 8年以上薪資工作經驗。
2. 3年以上人事管理經驗。
3. 熟悉台灣個人所得稅政策及勞動法規。
4. 熟悉薪資會計、帳戶對帳以及相關的薪資實際資料分析和審核
5. 高度關注細節,注重準確性和良好的內部控制
6. 優秀的協作能力
上班地點 : 大園區
1. Routine salary management tasks: Complete the calculation and distribution of various salary and bonuses and prepare reports every month. (Attendance, bonuses, salary, various insurances)
2. Dispatch salary payment settlement & management
3. Labor and health insurance related business and group insurance handling & management
4. Attendance & salary system planning and implementation
5. Revise and implement salary system and management methods in a timely manner according to laws and regulations
6. Other project tasks: such as bonus design, method establishment, etc.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of payroll working experiences.
2. 3+ years of people management experiences.
3.Be familiar with TW IIT policies and labor laws.
4.Knowledge of payroll accounting and account reconciliation and related analyses and reviews of payroll actuals
5.High attention to details with focus on accuracy and good internal controls
6.Excellent collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree holder at the minimum
2.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
3.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and in global mainstream accounting and HR systems.
