職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Jointly planning and executing Lenovo Brand/Product marketing activities across channels in collaboration with marketing team, sales team and our alliance partners
Responsible for retail POSM and seasonal promotions on/offline together with sales team
Developing and executing influencer content marketing campaigns with influencers and partners
Supporting marketing events planning, logistics, and on-site management (Product launch, eSport event, and more)
Assisting in marketing communications, content creation, design, production and management which may be printed collaterals, posters, displays, online, digital or social.
Managing campaign items procurement, campaign tracking, and reporting systems.
Preparing regular reports to different parties (both internal and external) for campaigns execution and evaluation.
Supporting regional team members to consolidate business plans, reviews, and reports.
Carrying out other operational assignments and administration duties as directed.
Managing digital marketing processes and projects.
Interact with advertising, merchandising, sales and e-commerce partners to ensure that the collateral and other communications reflect the brand of the company accurately.
Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing department.
Responsible over the eCommerce, social media sites, digital advertising, and the email marketing program.
Should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the digital marketing field.
A great deal of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsible for managing social media sites including Facebook, LINE@, YouTube, and Instagram.
Reviews new technologies and keeps the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Develops effective and engaging digital marketing campaigns that support marketing goal and vision
Develops engaging social media content that support the marketing goals and objectives.
Improves the usability, design, content, and conversion that will adopt a consistent user experience and encourage repeat visits to create demand.
Works closely with Marketing Manager to successfully execute each campaign

Requirements:
• 3 years’ related working experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Mandarin
• Possess strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and experience in e-tailor/digital marketing will be a plus.
• Proactive, independent, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
