[Team/Position Description]
This position supports LINE’s e-commerce services, including LINE Shopping, LINE Giftshop and LINE Travel, with the mission to drive user engagement and conversion through strategic content development and smart exposure planning. The role is best suited for someone who is content-savvy, data-driven, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration.
[Responsibilities]
1. [Content Development]
* Plan and execute content and placement strategies across key on-platform surfaces to attract consumer traffic and stimulate purchases.
* Collaborate with content agencies to select articles that align both with trending consumer interests and the platform’s product focus.
* Independently define article topics based on consumer trends, product categories or advertising needs, and brief editorial partners accordingly.
* Use content performance data to shape content direction and optimize click-through rate (CTR), conversion, and traffic efficiency.
* Work closely with SEO team to improve keyword targeting, content quality, and organic traffic performance.
* Propose content UI/UX enhancements and partner with the Product team to improve article-to-product interaction and conversion.
* Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and refine content or placement strategies.
2. [Resource Management]
* Serve as the key liaison between EC business and central teams (Central Marketing, LINE Today, Content Portal Team) to secure high-value placement resources.
* Allocate central resources for EC business efficiently to support individual service growth and campaign execution needs.
* Coordinate material submission from internal teams and execute partial submission, ensuring deadlines and quality standards meet central teams’ placement requirements.
* Manage and operate content-based placements across internal and external channels, ensuring content effectively drives product exposure and maintains shopper engagement.
* Produce regular performance reports and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders, helping optimize resource utilization.

* At least 2 years of experience in content-related, editorial, or marketing roles, ideally with experience writing for consumer-facing platforms.
* Strong interest in tracking trending topics and shopping behaviors, with the ability to translate these insights into relevant content direction.
* Solid editorial judgment and the ability to work with external agencies to shape high-performing articles aligned with business objectives.
* Familiarity with digital content performance optimization, including collaborating with product teams to propose improvements in content modules or article page UI/UX—aimed at enhancing article-to-product interaction and conversion.
* Hands-on analytical experience; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulas. Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or Tableau is a plus.
* Able to work independently while also being an effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with basic English reading and writing required for internal documentation and cross-functional coordination.
* High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in managing placements and reviewing performance data.
