【Job Profile Summary:】
The Customer Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with project managers to ensure deliverables meet
customer expectations, optimizing project plans for better outcomes. The role manages specific project tasks from
initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, operating under general supervision. The role
addresses moderately complex customer inquiries and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction. The role analyzes project
data to provide insights, contributes to continuous improvement, and coordinates with cross-functional teams. The role
documents risks and change requests, supports presales activities, assists with product integration and installation, and
conducts post-implementation reviews to enhance future projects and practices.
【Job Responsibilities:】
• Collaborates closely with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are aligned with customer
expectations, reviewing project plans and providing input to optimize project outcomes.
• Takes ownership of specific project tasks, managing them from initiation to completion, ensuring that all
assigned responsibilities are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and
adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
• Serves as a technical and operational liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing moderately
complex inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyzes project data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that support project goals,
contributing to continuous improvement in project execution and customer value delivery.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project objectives,
deadlines, and customer requirements, leading to effective coordination between all entities.
• Documents project risks, issues, and change requests, working with the project manager to implement
mitigation strategies that minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Provides support during presales activities, helping to scope solutions that meet customer needs and ensuring
the feasibility of proposed project plans, with a clear path to successful implementation.
• Participates in the integration and installation of products, services, and solutions at customer sites, ensuring
that all technical and operational requirements are met and that customers are fully supported throughout the
process.
• Conducts post-implementation reviews and customer feedback sessions, gathering insights to inform future
projects and contribute to continuous improvement in customer project management practices

【Minimum Required Qualifications:】
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
Experience:
Job Family Description
• No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational
Education in Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent
