Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Program Manager/Technical Account Manager to oversee and manage our Windows PC 2nd-tier Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our ODM partners. This role also involves 30% of business management, including supporting relative marketing events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ODM Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for 2nd-tier ODM partners, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to ODM partners, helping them to understand and implement Microsoft's technical requirements and standards.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure project goals are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Business Account Management: Manage business accounts with 2nd-tier ODM partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Support relative marketing events and initiatives as needed to promote and enhance business relationships.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of program management experience in an enterprise software/hardware environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical background with knowledge of development tools, processes, and product understanding.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Leadership: Ability to influence without authority and create alignment among cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with ODM partners in the technology industry.
• Knowledge of Windows PC manufacturing processes and standards.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the technology sector.
