職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The position involves managing and optimizing traffic monetization for LINE's external partners to enhance ad fill rates and revenue. Responsibilities include analyzing ad traffic data, monitoring key metrics (e.g., eCPM, fill rate, viewability), and collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal technical integration with ad partners. The role also involves creating and executing monetization strategies, developing advertising package sales to increase overall revenue, and working with LINE service stackholders and external ad tech suppliers to maximize traffic value. Additionally, the role includes data analysis, strategy adjustments through A/B testing, and staying informed of market trends to continually optimize monetization models across various display ads products and services.
[Responsibilities]
1. Traffic Monetization Management and Optimization
* Manage and optimize traffic monetization with external partners for LINE services, aiming to increase ad fill rates and revenue.
* Analyze ad traffic data and monitor key metrics like eCPM, fill rate, and viewability to refine monetization strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal technical integration and optimization with traffic and ad partners.
* Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize media asset revenue.
2. Advertising Package Sales
* Develop effective advertising package solutions for advertisers and agencies to boost overall revenue.
* Work with sales teams for ad product planning and create package strategies based on market trends.
3. External Collaboration
* Partner with media partners and ad tech suppliers (e.g., DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange) to maximize traffic value and monetization efficiency.
* Monitor market trends and explore new monetization tools or technical solutions.
4. Data Analysis and Strategy Adjustment
* Regularly produce traffic reports, providing optimization suggestions and strategy adjustments.
* Conduct A/B testing to validate traffic management and sales strategies to enhance ad revenue.
* Research market trends and competitive strategies to optimize the traffic monetization model, including ad format optimization.

* At least 5 years of experience in the advertising industry, with familiarity in the digital advertising ecosystem (including DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange, DMP).
* Experience in advertising traffic management or media monetization optimization, with an understanding of the mechanics of supply-side operations.
* Experience in advertising package sales, with the ability to plan and sell monetization solutions to improve ad fill rates and revenue.
* Familiarity with programmatic advertising, including an understanding of RTB mechanisms and Header Bidding technology.
