Mission Statement:
Responsible to guide, manage, coordinate and develop the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie business and client portfolio locally through:
Definition of the HJ/HEW strategy
Management, development and growth of the HE client portfolio, contributing to the HJ/HEW turnover
Development of the HJ/HEW sales team and talent pool
S/He leads strategy and execution for new and existing clients engagement and bespoke experiences. This person enhances client relations, grow the High-End Club community and support store animation & event implementation. This role works closely with Retail, Merchandising, CRM and Marketing teams. S/He is a Brand Ambassador and deliver service at the highest level of excellence.
Job responsibilities
Define High Jewels & Haute Horlogerie events/sales planning, working with central depts. and Commercial VP
Define the commercial strategy for the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie products in terms of sales performance and target, channels and client portfolio management
Leverage on client portfolio analysis to set local clienteling objectives and priorities, adapting central strategy at local level
Oversee the definition of personalized annual client journey plans leveraging all touchpoints (O2O, gifting, events, experiences, in-store and out-of-store activities) for our clients from our top 4 HE segments
Ensure main HE clienteling targets / KPIs are met at market level, store level and HECM level in the region
Revise and approve the product assortment proposal per each area/country (key locations, product typology, length of the product availability in each location etc.)
Supervise network's spot requests and special orders providing sales directions
Drive the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie team, providing advice, coaching and training
Drive and monitor the HE Club results with actions to motivate, develop and improve performance of this group
Interact and build relationships with HE clients acting as an ambassador of our HE creations
Profile Qualification, Experience & Skills Required :
Education:MBA from Business or related disciplines
Languages: Fluent in English as well as Mandarin
Professional experience & Know-how:
With solid knowledge and experience in VIP clients management, preferably in Jewelry, watch or other related luxury industry
Expertise in selling skills for luxury products
Expertise in high value clients management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with strong business acumen
Technical & management skills: Project Management, Influence
