職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The CB Product Planning & Strategy Team is responsible for product planning, marketing initiatives, and partner management for LINE’s business products, including LINE Official Account (OA) and LINE Ads Platform (LAP).
As a part-time assistant, you will support the team’s daily operations — especially in marketing events, data and document management, and administrative coordination. You will work closely with both the Marketing and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and internal processes.
[Responsibilities]
1. Assist the Marketing team in coordinating events, managing data, and handling related administrative tasks.
2. Support Product Managers with documentation, reporting, and process organization.
3. Prepare and maintain internal records, files, and databases to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
4. Coordinate communication and scheduling across teams to facilitate project progress.
5. Provide general administrative and operational support to the CB Product Planning & Strategy Team as needed.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (students welcome).
2. Strong interest in marketing, digital advertising, or product management.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
4. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
5. Able to work at least 3 days per week.
