職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The essential duties of this position include:
• Identify and lead business process re-engineering projects
• Develop business project plans/schedules
• Identify and manage to major project milestones
• Obtain key personnel to work on project teams while balancing business needs and expectations
• Drive schedule, planning meetings and activities for UAT preparation and execution
• Facilitate identification of test scenarios and ensure requirements traceability
• Estimate resource requirements to complete testing, and ensure realistic plans are in place
• Ensure the test environments and required data are available to support testing
• Manage project risk throughout the life cycle of the project, ensure timely escalation of critical risks timely to cross-functions/leadership teams as required and drive resolution of project issues.
• Provide customers and stakeholders with alternatives to address key project issues
• Communicate overall project status on a regular basis, including progress on UAT activities and issues to the project team and management
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure quality of product and service
• Incorporate Apple best practices for Project Management to ensure consistent delivery of a quality project
• Acts as a liaison between the business and IS&T/external partners to ensure business project needs are adequately met with technology solutions
• Create and communicate Partner Design Document (PDD)on project requirements to ensure clear understanding by external partners (OEM, Logistics Partners)
• Review and validate the system design playback by OEM, IS&T and Logistics Partners to meet project requirements and expectations
• Document (as-is) and develop new processes (to-be) effectively through cross-functional collaborations to ensure business and partners are prepared for system and process changes
• Provide consulting expertise through effective communication to customers, stakeholders, management, staff and peers to ensure expectations are met
• Experience / History of taking initiative to drive/lead/coordinate an effort among a team of people (formal project or not.)

Candidate Requirement
• Ability to understand and develop processes from a business need or issue
• Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solutions
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodology
• Experience managing medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+month) projects
• Proven ability to manage to deadlines
• Proficient at managing multiple efforts simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both Mandarin and English
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and monitor customer perception of the deliverables
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather requirements
• Literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools
