職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The Consumer Solutions Data Strategy & Automation Team is chartered to scale the data function for the Product Management (PM) organization by developing and transforming data into insights that inform product strategy and decision making to support profitable growth. We have an immediate opening for a Data Strategy Manager and looking for a business and product minded individual responsible for understanding the data needs across the PM teams and to develop and execute a roadmap to maximize data capabilities and product/business insights. This critical role will require a solid understanding of PC systems/components, data structure and will engage heavily with stakeholder organizations to drive data excellence.
1) Own and drive Commodity cost readiness and accuracy for the Cost Configurator tool
2) Drive Cost configurator tool monthly process and operations
3) Collaboration with PM, Procurement and System teams to improve data processes and build automation
4) Lead Data strategy & automation initiatives across cost, business, and consumer usage data for the PM organization
5) Guide the future direction of data strategy and processes, including intake, sources, database design and structure, data integrity and database tools.
6) Implement business/product intelligence and analytics solutions and gaining support of multiple stakeholders

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with focus on Data analytics
Preferred skills: Data analytics tools, Excel, PowerBI or Tableau
